The Firefly Millboard FF700 is a non-asbestos and non-ceramic millboard sheet comprised of mineral wool fibres bonded with high temperature clays. It possesses good thermal insulation properties and is strong at temperature. The Firefly millboard is a commercial grade millboard that is strong with low shrinkage at 1000C. A high quality general use gasketing/heat shield material. Firefly Millboard FF700 is suitable for thermal insulation applications, such as ladle insulation, and gasketing requiring high temperature strength not found with rubber bound millboards.
