Controller Two - Sealing Set
Controller-Two, is a sealing set projected to answer the request of a reliable product and in conformity to the regulations concerning the “check of the fugitive emissions”. Performing at mechanical and chemical standard as XV48 GR8807 from which it derives, Controller-One is manufactured with the same components but is projected to minimise the fugitive emission from the stuffing box of the valve.
The marked resistance to wear and to extrusion of this sealing set, together with the certification of conformity to the most severe restrictions concerning the F-, Cl- and S- values which are present and releasable, to the certification of conformity FIRE SAFE and conformity to the restrictions of the FUGITIVE EMISSIONS, render CONTROLLER-ONE one of the very few sealing sets present on the worldwide market with a complete and integrated certificate standard under every point of view.
Valvograph “FIRST”, is a sealing set projected to answer the request of a reliable product and in conformity with the most severe restrictions concerning the F-, Cl- and S- values with FIRE SAFE guarantee. Much more performing at mechanical standard than Valvogragh Standard, Valvograph “FIRST” it is manufactured using a class J expanded mineral graphite with very high purity it is the GR8807 Incobraid packing, made from graphite fibre reinforced with discontinued microfilament and special multistage impregnation.
The test affected confirm that the whole set answers widely to the restrictive limitations stated for the halogens and sulphurs which are present and releasable and to the regulation in force concerning the FIRE SAFE products. The marked resistance to wear and to the extrusion of this sealing set, make of Valvograph “FIRST” the “par excellence” packing, able to perform under the most severe conditions as to the most ordinary ones, assuring the valve a safe and long life service condition, always protects the components from corrosive agents.
